Sex & Orgasms

I've Got 99 Problems But Leaking Ain't One!

Do you know where your pelvic floor is?

And do you know how to squeeze it?

Did you know it's a group of muscles and can get weak just like the rest of your body?!

And just like anywhere else, you can strengthen it right back up again!

To Kegel

Or

Not To Kegel....

That Is The Question

What even is a Kegel, should you do one?

Do you know how?!

And why aren't they right for everyone?
